The name “Saïgon Cà Phê” refers to the port city of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam (Saïgon), and “Cà Phê” represents a traditional Vietnamese drink (cold coffee with sweetened condensed milk and ice).
This restaurant is a true, friendly canteen that transports you to southern Vietnam. It offers a wide range of typical dishes showcasing the richness of Asian flavors.
You can find famous Vietnamese dishes like Phở (a traditional soup made with aromatic broth) and Bò Bún (vermicelli noodles with fresh vegetables, spring rolls, and meat). Rice lovers can opt for dishes like Com Bò Lúc Lắc (marinated beef with tomato rice) or fried rice with pineapple and shrimp.
