The specialty of Che Diego is grilled meat. The highlights include the Cuberoll (a lightly marbled and tender Argentine entrecôte), the Tomahawk Ribeye (a powerful Black Angus ribeye, perfect for sharing), and the Neapolitan Milanesa (breaded steak, ham, tomato sauce, provolone).
For less adventurous guests, the restaurant offers two delicious burger recipes: the Patagonia Burger (lamb burger with creamy goat cheese, provolone, smoked chimichurri ketchup) and the classic Completa Burger (Angus beef, mayonnaise, red onions, chimichurri sauce, fried egg).
