It’s the MUST-TRY spot for burgers in Reims. All the ingredients are 100% French. The meat comes from certified Aubrac cattle with the Bleu Blanc Cœur label, the buns are freshly baked straight from the bakery, and the cheeses are French AOP, with some selected by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France… Just that! How can you resist the temptation?
You’ll find a signature burger every month! Alongside a permanent menu featuring our favorite: the Fromton (Aubrac beef, Tomme de Savoie AOP, Fourme d’Ambert AOP, caramelized onions, mesclun, and Espelette pepper mayonnaise), perfect for lovers of French cheese.
The restaurant also offers a vegetarian option with a breaded mozzarella steak, avocado, tomato sauce, and guacamole, as well as fish and chicken options.
The fries are, of course, homemade, with an option topped with melted Reblochon for the indulgent.
Desserts are crafted by pastry chef Nicolas Cresnier, formerly of Le Bristol in Paris!
And menu prices hover around €15.
