231 East Street takes you on a culinary journey to New York, with an artistic nod to Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory. This chain offers New York-style gourmet burgers throughout France. You can choose the ingredients for your burger on-site (lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized or fried onions, aged cheddar…) – perfect for picky eaters!

The Charolais beef is 100% French, and unlike many other burger restaurants, 231 East Street offers white cheddar, known as Vermont cheddar, which has a slightly stronger flavor than classic orange cheddar. Although their specialty is the classic burger, the restaurant also offers a vegetarian option with a homemade chickpea patty with garlic, coriander, and parsley!
